"News Corporation is paying $50,000 a month to rent, in addition to $500 a month for utility and maintenance costs, for CEO Rupert Murdoch’s Trump Park Avenue penthouse. Murdoch recently sold his apartment in Manhattan’s SoHo district and is currently renovating penthouse on the Upper East Side for $44 million. According to New Corp. spokesperson Andrew Butcher, “Given his [Murdoch’s] business requirements here, the company, for its convenience, decided that it would pay for an apartment in New York for Mr. Murdoch.”"
